This strategic move sees two innovation-driven businesses come together to form a powerhouse in the Engineering, Automation and Robotics sector, enhancing their combined capabilities across key industries including but not limited to Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defence, Automotive and Advanced Manufacturing.
